2025 Commodities & Comedies Investor Access Lunch

Mines in the Vines Events brought the laughs and the listings at Commodities & Comedies at Morris House Melbourne

A brilliant afternoon where investors connected with four standout ASX-listed commodities companies, over lunch and a dose of sharp wit from the hilarious @williamwangcomedy.

This intimate format brought together a select group of investors and ASX small-cap mining companies over lunch, complemented by a standout comedy set from rising talent William Wang. The format proved highly effective, with Aguia Resources and Verity Resources among the companies to perform strongly over the course of the year.

Presenting companies:
▶ Verity Resources (ASX:VRL)
▶ Aguia Resources (ASX:AGR)
▶ Kaiser Reef (ASX:KAU)
▶ Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG)

Investor highlight

Verity Resources (ASX:VRL) Recap

Verity Resources (ASX:VRL) offers investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of gold and critical metals across Australia, Brazil, and Botswana. With an established gold resource at Monument, an advanced nickel‑copper‑cobalt project in Botswana, and highly prospective REE and lithium licences in Brazil, the company is positioned for strong exploration upside. Active drilling, expanding project footprints, and a clear ESG framework provide multiple catalysts for value creation.

The company has adopted the World Economic Forum ESG framework, signalling a commitment to responsible exploration and long‑term sustainability, an increasingly important factor for institutional investors.

Here from Patric Volpe, Executive Chairman, and Micheal Jackson Verity's Exploration Manager:

Aguia Resources (ASX:AGR) Recap

Aguia Resources (ASX:AGR) is approaching first fertiliser sales in Brazil with its Pampafos natural phosphate product, having secured MAPA registration and strong early demand. Plant upgrades and mine licensing are nearing completion, positioning the company for near‑term revenue. In Colombia, gold operations continue to improve with strong grades and operational optimisation. Together, these developments place Aguia on the cusp of transitioning into a cash‑generating producer across both fertiliser and gold.

Brazil is one of the world’s largest fertiliser consumers and remains heavily reliant on imports, creating a structural supply gap. Aguia’s emergence as a domestic phosphate producer positions it to meet this demand locally, offering a strategic advantage that strengthens its investment appeal.

Here from Wawrick Grigor, Executive Chairman:

Kaiser Reef (ASX:KAU) Recap

Kaiser Reef (ASX:KAU) offers investors exposure to a profitable, multi‑asset Australian gold producer with strong production from Henty, high‑grade upside at Maldon, and significant exploration potential across the Lachlan Fold Belt. With growing reserves, improving throughput, and fully owned processing infrastructure, Kaiser is positioned for continued production growth and value creation.

Kaiser Reef is not an explorer hoping for production it is already a profitable gold producer with multiple operating assets across Tasmania and Victoria. The company positions itself as a multi‑asset gold producer, explorer, and developer, giving investors exposure to both cash flow and exploration upside.

Here from Brad Valiukas, Executive Director:

Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG) Recap

Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG) is advancing two high‑grade gold–antimony projects in Victoria’s most productive gold belts, including the Lauriston Project adjacent to Fosterville. With standout drilling results, visible gold in recent diamond holes, and a first gold pour at its Challenger JV, the company is transitioning toward near‑term production while unlocking significant exploration upside. A strengthened balance sheet and exposure to both gold and critical minerals position Adelong for strong growth and potential re‑rating.

Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG) offers investors exposure to high‑grade gold–antimony systems in Victoria’s most productive gold belts, including standout drilling results and visible gold at Lauriston.
