Imunexus Therapeutics (Pre-IPO)

Developing next-generation biologic medicines for serious diseases

Imunexus Therapeutics Limited is an Australian biotechnology company developing next-generation biologic medicines for serious diseases with significant unmet medical needs.

Our research focuses on diseases driven by complex immune and inflammatory processes, where conventional single-target therapies may be insufficient.

The company’s patented imunexin™ technology platform enables the creation of multispecific biologics designed to perform multiple therapeutic functions within a single molecule.

Our lead program, IMX39, is being developed for multiple sclerosis, a chronic neurological disease that causes immune-driven inflammation, nerve damage and progressive disability.

Imunexus has developed a powerful platform that transforms existing biologic drugs into bispecific therapeutics, unlocking new mechanisms of action, accelerating development timelines, and reducing risk by building on proven molecules.

Why are early-stage biotech transactions becoming so valuable?

Philippa Lewis explains what sets Imunexus Therapeutics apart in a market where pharmaceutical companies are increasingly seeking innovative technologies earlier than ever before. Rather than waiting for late-stage clinical success, many large pharmaceutical companies are partnering with or acquiring promising platforms at an earlier stage to secure access to differentiated science.

Philippa discusses how Imunexus' biologics platform is designed to create next-generation therapies by building on already validated medicines - an approach that has the potential to reduce development risk while creating significant commercial opportunities.

🎥 Watch the interview to learn why early-stage biotech platforms are attracting increasing attention and how Imunexus is positioning itself to participate in this evolving landscape:
